Okay guys finally found out how to auto sort all this:

after you downloaded from the archieve, you get the filename like this format: [number in gallary]_[name of file]

Then in the search bar, type: system.filename:????????2
This will give you all files ending with _2 eg. 001_001_2. The results you see represent the correct order of the set. It might be more than 1 set but its the correct order. Cut it out and place in a new folder.

Replace 2 with 3 to get all ending with _3 and so on. Repeat until you get filenames with only 7 numbers eg. 001_001

Now you'll have multiple folders each with the pictures in correct order. Mass rename them by select all > rename and you'll get name(1), name(2) and so on.

Then you can merge it all back into 1 big folder without it all getting messed up again.
