summary :
Natsuzuka must have sex with yamaguchi (NTR guy, suprisingly he is also one of morimoto's friend) because she was being blackmailed with the photo. Yamaguchi just jealous of morimoto because she can makes natsuzuka happy and showed an expression that yamaguchi never see. After the sex and making her cum, Yamaguchi said that he was much more better in sex and asked her if she feel much better with him than morimoto but was replied with a vomit and a crying natsuzuka because she feel that she already betrayed morimoto. The sound of natsuzuka's handphone rang outside of his home and he realized from natsuzuka expresion that she was crying before she meet him. Morimoto decided not to ask about what happened between natsuzuka and yamaguchi and both of them started to sleep until the morning.

In the morning, natsuzuka wakes up first and found morimoto who finally become a male again. (as for you who still doesn't get it, there is a high probability that yamaguchi isturned into a woman right now. Remember that morimoto also cum inside her and become a girl? maybe this is the real reason he is back to his male body again). The last scene is being closed with morimoto saying that he finally back to his own male self and now it will be continued to the last secret... which mean that the next one will be the last of this series.

By the way, can we called this an NTR? isn't this more like blackmail and rape?
