For those that want a bit of the story (stop now if you want to avoid spoilers and hope/wait for a translation), something happened to that guy in that shed 10 years ago. It was something so traumatic that he repressed it and can't remember it even when he tries. All that happens is his head hurts, he feels a massive amount of fear, and he knows he should never go back to that shed again. This being hentai, of course, the guy goes back to the shed again. Cue moth girl.

Now, this moth girl isn't the pleasant "I love you" kind of moth girl, but neither is she the "I'll eat your ass" kind of moth girl. She's just crazy about him. I mean, WE'LL BE TOGETHER FOREVER!!1 kind of yandere nutjob crazy about him. She basically rapes him. At the end he finally remembers that something similar happened 10 years ago too, but then the moth girl basically says "NO, THIS IS ALL TODAY. YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME. WE'VE BEEN PLAYING THIS WHOLE TIME! WE DON'T NEED ANY TIME APART! ANY TIME WE'RE NOT TOGETHER ISN'T REAL!", which I'm guessing is a flashback to what happened when he was a kid and why he ran away. It's not explained, but I think the last page is just going back to earlier in the story when he was just entering the storeroom saying that his head hurts. If not, it's either that he did the same thing 10 years later (so 20 years after the first time), or some goddamn time travel or hallucination is involved when he was a kid and he never actually left. But I'm pretty sure it's just a flashback to when he entered the shed.

It's actually quite a good story that leaves the reader guessing a little at the end. Makes me wish I still scanlated monstergirl stuff.

Pretty sure the implication is that there is some time loops shenanigans going on. The fact that she was somehow able to revert him back top 10 years ago is what he was afraid of and prompted him to run, and he'll come back 10 years later, and the same thing will happen again and again.
