For those who want to know what's going on:

The swordsman was getting tired of having to protect the sorceress all of the time and threatens that once they got back to the guild, that he'd switch partners. In the beginning when they were travelling together, she seemed pretty strong so he partied with her but at that point, she seemed to be extremely weak and only a bother to him. He told her that he suspected that she ended up getting a man because in this world, while male sorcerers channel magic through abstaining from sex and allowing their sexual desires to build up and turn it into mana, female sorceresses channel magic through their connection with the heavens and the earth so that they were more akin to priestesses than magic users and this connection is easily affected by their emotions. Thinking that a man had something to do with it, she feels cornered and asks that he reconsider breaking up their group since she'd gain her magic back. He says that there hasn't been a case where a woman could regain her magic which causes her to reveal that she's actually a man. She tells him that she saw him in the guild and that he was in her strike zone (which caused her to end up liking him) but she heard that he only grouped up with females. So (s)he became a transexual in order to group up with him and had abstained from sex in order to use her magic power. However, after a while, she couldn't hold back anymore and ended up masturbating during their travels which caused her magic to weaken (since males channel magic through their desire). She says that she won't do it anymore so her magic should return.

It's at this point that he gets royally pissed and asks why she's kept something that important a secret. She says that she was afraid that he was going to split up if he found out she was a guy because of the fact that he only grouped with women to which he reveals that the reason he looked pissed was that he just couldn't hold it back anymore since he found out she was a shemale. Shemales were something he really loved (which has her confused). He then reveals that he wasn't interested in women and that one wouldn't group up with someone that you want sexually on the job since it'd only be an obstacle. He gives her the dick. She finds out she can use magic because of it and in the end their positions are reversed since he's spent giving her a dicking and she can use extremely powerful magic because of it. (Male "essence" [jizz] is the catalyst for a [male] sorcerer's magic. He pumps her ass full of jizz and basically fills her up with juice [in the battery sense and the sexual one]).

TLDR: Sorceress is weak. Guy threatens to break the group. Finds out she's a shemale. Guy loves shemales. Gives her the dick. Giving her the dick makes her strong. Sorceress becomes strong and their group isn't at risk of breaking up.
