1. The character in this doujin is more humanoid, not an animal. Dragon tag is completely inappropriate.
2. The character in this doujin fits the definition of demon girl perfectly.
3. Casual Googling of "Puzzle & Dragons" should tell you that most of the monsters are not dragons.

Question: Shouldn't the tag be changed from Hella-Ys to Hera-Is? It seems to be the most common (and maybe official) English spelling. I am completely unfamiliar with this series/game, so maybe I'm wrong.

The game is available free-to-play on iOS and android devices. There are in-app purchases, but you can ignore it. They hand out stones fairly often during events. I'd recommend looking up a beginners guide to get a feel for things. Getting Hera-Is isn't the hardest challenge in the game, but it isn't exactly a cakewalk either (not until you get a better team set up).

There is also a version of the game on 3DS called "Puzzle and Dragons Z", but that is japan only at the moment.
