There is some good material here. There is certainly potential for some of the figures. My main advice would be to chose a handful of characters or themes and develop those until you have mastered them. You need to develop a distintive look or even just one or two characters. This collection of just fifteen renders is too diffuse. I recommend that you visit some of the 3d blogs for inspiration and ideas.
