Ryuichi Hoshino, the artist, if I remember correctly complained that his editor was making him focus on NTR.

Sadly, this manga wasn't translated completely, but what I can tell you is that the boyfriend fucked every hot woman living in that apartment complex, and blamed himself when he saw his girlfriend having sex with the "blond" guy. From there I thought they had talked and forgiven each other, so I really don't understand where exactly this one falls in, so a translation is needed, or at least someone who can give us a whole synopsis of both, the original and this one.

Way late to the party I know, but I have one real issue with this story, as a companion piece to Yuuwaku no Toshiue Apartment. It completely ruins the tone of the fhat series which was a little more, fun feeling. I mean there was massive cheating, but it didn't feel malicious and this just ruins the tone. My head cannon is the other girls would probably eventually figure out was going on and probably kick the shit of this blonde guy. More thought then I need to put into it, but you know. Also I pray for Sennyu Tsuma Satomi Kiroku the second half to get translated.
