The manga ended a couple of months ago. The final chapter was #308. Keiichi and Belldandy got married at the very end, with Urd, Skuld, Peorth, Hild (Urd's mother), and Mara attending as witnesses.

At the very last page of the manga, Keiichi repeats the words to the wish he made with Belldandy at the very start of the series. Not a bad way to end it, if you ask me.
