Oooh...Well, now that I consider it...this plan JUST might be more practical and worthwhile than just letting Magical Girls turn into witches. Just use a witch baby-maker, use the babies to stave off entropy, and save the Magical Girls from suffering.

Sure, one or more girls have to take the fall and get regulated to being nothing more than cum-dumpsters whose only purpose is to make babies, but on the end since they're effectively immortal you can continue to pump up babies for all eternity, and to sacrifice said witch-hybrids to stave off entropy.

Not only is it pragmatic AND viable, it's hopelessly bleak and dismal. Urobuchi would be proud.
