Bokoyeky, yes, manaworld is banned and it seems to me, that pop9 is a local mad butthole, who thinks, that after someone buys porn in the internet, product still belongs to the author which is one of the most funniest shit in the internet.
You can upload whatever thing you want, if it is prohibited, then it will be expunged(people still can find it, there is an option in your filter). But I don't know if it can be a ban result for you, thats why I strongly suggest you to read some rules and see if there anything like that. Some manaworld comics already uploaded here, search it. I'm sure some parts from this gallery was already upload.
