Not to be a stickler, but the title pretty clearly says "party" not "good job." The overall meaning being like "Overtime party"
EDIT: I see now that the substory is called "good job." My bad.

Actual story translated is Zangyou de Good Job! featured in Zangyou de Party.
If you want to rename it to just Zangyou de Party, it needs the incomplete tag since there's 15+ extra pages missing (from the last page to colophon.)

The cover is misleading. I am sticking to Zangyou de Good Job as main title base on translator
