This is a sample of a new monstergirl book with an awesome 20 page doujin drawn by GEN which is previewed here and many others.
Now there is a link to download this entire thing but for the life of me I can't figure it out.
You download it from any of the links on the site listed below and it does it like so but when you open it up you get a file and a text file that reads how to convert with a wierd encoded message.
This is the message:

以下のURLから専用の解凍ソフトをダウンロードしてファイルを変換してください。

使用方法は簡単です。ソフトを立ち上げてファイルをドラックアンドドロップしてください。

変換が始まり、終わると同じフォルダ内に変換されたフォルダが出力されます。

這麼久都沒出，還好買了實體本，要不不知道要等到猴年馬月，明智啊！ モンスター少女系列已經有兩本了，現在新出一本モンスター少女への欲情，繼續代購！
