From what I can understand, Peach was captured by Bowser and while Mario was out trying to save her he met Giana. He explained to Giana that his "treasure", this being Princess Peach, was locked away in Bowser's domain. Upon hearing about a treasure, Giana took it upon herself to go get the treasure for him, hoping to either get a reward or just outright take it while allowing Mario to take a break.

When she finally got to Bowser and found Peach she was disappointed to discover that there was no treasure in the classical sense. Peach, wishing to repay her, offers to make her a cake which Giana declines. However, Giana, being stuck in the mushroom kingdom for some time, decides to use Peach to help her get off. Peach originally protests having never done such a thing. When Giana finds a toy that Bowser planned on using on Peach, she uses it herself to aid in her conquest. Peach ultimately enjoys it and they both climax thanks to the toy. Bowser, having spied on this, decides to burst in and try to join which angers Giana. After Giana tells him to scram Bowser becomes furious and yells at them in retaliation, to which they simply laugh.

Later Giana and Peach become good friends and send for Mario informing him that Peach is okay. Mario then visits Peach at her castle to welcome her but is awed to find a ginormous cake made by Peach and Giana (now in her cute form) as a gift for him.

I assume that the story rounds about with Giana returning to her mission to rescue her sister, leaving Peach and Mario to explore Peach's newfound lust.
