I want to ask, so you just use Paint software convert jpg to png? of course your file size is larger after using paint to convert jpg to png, but doesn't mean the quality is better as both are same pixel. And if everyone do this, isn't unfair to the original up-loader? If this is allowed, so I can find those old game cg with jpg file convert to png and said "lossless PNG Lower quality JPEG version" to replaced the old one? And the torrent is not even png is just bmp file, so you convert bmp to png? at least upload the torrent with png.

You think larger file size is higher quality?... Quality is about pixel. The thing is you upload is same pixel as the 1st up loader. If you upload 1200*800, I won't say a word.

It's the same resolution or "same pixel" as you call it because that's the resolution the images were created in. Larger versions don't exist.
