Hell, smudge puts a disclaimer in his works that everyone is of age, but every one of his works is tagged lolicon, because common sense shows that most of his characters are 15 at best, and common sense shows here that the first 16 images in this gallery depict humans fucking animals which, last time I checked, is beastiality. Digimon show clear and definitive human qualities, while pokemon show borderline human intelligence most of the time. I can train a dog to say a few words and do a shit load of tricks, but that doesn't change that it is a dog. Pokemon are nothing more than extremely intelligent animals that can kill things. With a few exceptions, such as the legendaries who show clear human intelligence, pokemon are ferals not furries, even if ten made the decision it was a flawed one. There are instances of special pokemon, like the ones created by ticklish ways, who draws pokemon with humanoid bodies who think and behave as humans, these are furries and therefore exempt from beastiality tags, and then we have artists like fuf, who draw natural pokemon who have feral bodies, can't speak, and show no human qualities besides the IMPLIED understanding of human speech, not all too different from a German Shepard, which can understand and follow commands. Therefore there are 3 types of pokemon, ferals who are animals with slightly higher brain function, legendaries who are of or above human intelligence, and furries specially depicted pokemon given human shape or mind. This gallery depicts the first kind, ferals, and should be treated as such and tagged accordingly.
