I think it actually IS meant to be a trap. All the internal shots show a prostate and no vagina, and of course all the penetration is anal. The side-on shot on page 11 just looks like a taint to me, and even in the panels with censoring you can kinda see through it in many cases and it doesn't look like there's anything there.
