It is Takeda Hiromitsu (武田弘光) as you can see in the dlsite link. They even quote his legendary tank Tsundero. This CG pack is one of the best I've ever seen. The guy just does everything better.

I can understand the whole third party thing, but the word "Netorare" is rigtht there in the title. The gallery also has images of the protagonist sleeping juxtaposed with the girl fucking the old man, as well as the girl blowing the old man under the table in front of the protagonist. I don't know how much more contextual evidence you could possibly require.

2. Then re-extract the zip files.
3. Rename the "ケダモノたちの住む家で.eXe" to "Kedamono.eXe" in SETUP folder, DO NOT double click or press enter to "ケダモノたちの住む家で.eXe" before you renamed it.

I think that the novel's story happens during the game, it could have new scenes that could not be included on the game. Don't know anything about a sequel. I couldn't find a download of the novel and I don't know aything about the author (喜田洋介), but the illustrator is still Takeda Hiromitsu.

One of them is NTR where the protagonist figures it out, one is NTR where he never does. Additionally there's an "ending" in the very beginning of the game where you can basically opt out of the rest of the plot 15 minutes in and live happily ever after. The entire VN hinges on an obviously stupid decision the protagonist can make early on to have his girlfriend move in with his asshole brother and his womanizing father ( the protagonist is the child of a woman whose previous happy marriage was ruined by his dad ). The game offers this choice and immediately confirms it with a "...really?" type of follow-up question before the rest of the story unfolds. If you say no, the protag and his girlfriend move out into a small dumpy apartment and the story ends.
