Typical wife swap netorare/netori work. Basically these neighbors get attracted to each others' wives and manage to make a deal to swap them for one night so they can have sex. The main character's wife is a bit older, and kind, but can be quite erotic in bed, whereas the "black man's" wife is more shy and reserved, yet a bit of a masochist.

The routes themselves are pretty basic: you can continue the swapping and get the basic cuckold ending, you can try to stop it and find out that the main character's wife continues to cheat on him until she's fully "stolen". Or you can completely seduce the neighbor's wife until she's completely yours.

All in all this was a pretty nice work

The way (most) eroge work is that there are multiple routes you can take. Like linkCS pointed out, the game has a route where the protagonist gets NTR'd, and another where he NTR's the neighbor, among others. It depends on the choices you make. Since the game has distinct NTR routes and heavy netorare themes, it's a netorare game.
