The tagging system applies to content provided by and findable within the drop. Saying something counts as incest when the subject is never once brought up or referenced in the drop does not count towards the content, hence it is oft left out. In the same vein, even if they're lesbians, if the subject of them being related comes up or is referenced, it counts as incest since in the end, it's a fetish that applies to the content.

Saying it's not incest if they're not aware of it doesn't make any sense. The problem with incest in the first place is the higher probability of having matching negative recessive genes for the offspring. Knowing you're related to someone or not won't change your DNA. Of course, it's rather a moot point with same sex couples since they can't have children in the first place. Incest really doesn't matter with lesbians.
