I found the whole plot of this manga ridiculously implausible. Seriously the author could have done a better job writing a ntr doujinshi, because the only similar traits between this and the original manga are character names and partially their appearance. Ayaka here doesn't sound like original Ayaka at all to the point that I thought that she is some kind of distant relative of the original one. Pretty much the same can be said about the MC.
