There's only one totally unavoidable ntr scene as far as I know and it's in the introduction, as in if you start a new game that skips the intro, it's skipped. It happens to Kotone. The other scenes you're probably referring to only happen if you let them happen, specifically if you fail to prevent someone else from having sex with them first.

This needs the ntr tag added back in. While the ntr is avoidable even Alicesoft marketed the game as a ntr game and it has the tags on vndb and in all the stores it is listed on. So it's a valid tag
