This didn't make me rage as much as his stories normally do...so I guess that is good. The story obviously is a cheating story, but it is more like that "we already loved each other from the start, but circumstances happened that prevented those feelings from coming out, but now those feelings are out and we are indulging in them" and also the husband is portrayed in a negative light, so that the readers have sympathies for the brother to "win" and get the girl (his sister), and it looks like he is...which is a "good" ending.

...anyways it is nice to see Ippon diversify his works, if even just by a little bit.

@Yossarian762: Who are you directing that mini-rant towards? That isn't even relevant for this doujin. This is not a "netorare" doujin, technically/specifically speaking. Netorare requires that the MC suffers a loss from his love interest getting stolen (this is often accompanied by rage-feelings in readers). This is more accurately described as netori (which obviously in the case includes "cheating") where the MC does the stealing. In reality, which you might be ignoring, for some people, if the mc is portrayed as in a "good" light, and the guy who would be getting his girlfriend/etc stolen is considered a douchebag (which this story hints at), the story becomes viewed as a case where the girl is simply moving from the "wrong guy" to the "right guy", which is, when viewed from that light, is considered a "good thing". These people like when the "good guy" wins and the "bad guy" loses. If done correctly, even vanilla-dispositioned fans can enjoy a netori story (not all of them, of course, but a noticeable number). To support my point, just go look at any story where there is netori where the guy who "steals" the girl is not the douchebag. You probably won't see anyone in the comments saying "I fucking hate Netori", where as "I fucking hate Netorare" is significantly more common.....Or are you directing the rant to mobydick47? Obviously, this doujin is a cheating doujin, but it also has a vanilla-ish feel (in the sense that I mentioned above - that the "right guy" and "right girl" are getting together; that the girl is going with the guy that properly appreciates her; the general tone of the story is not negative like with netorare stories). So there is the vanilla-ish aspect and the cheating aspect. All mobydick47 is saying (to the best of my knowledge) is that he/she would rather enjoy this doujin by focusing on its vanilla(ish) aspect as opposed to its cheating aspect. That is all. Nothing to do with netorare and he/she isn't claiming that a certain aspect of the doujin doesn't exist..........I think you are confusing netorare and netori. The latter is often acceptable to a large number of people whom do not like the former. I think you are improperly viewing the manner since I think you don't understand properly the reasons why people dislike netorare. It seems you just want to say something like "Haha, these guys are hypocritically hating on netorare, but are okay with this", which is false as the reasons that they dislike netorare are either not present in this story or are at least marginalized.

@perfectbloodx: I took a look and I think you're right. I think most/all of the vanilla stories have stayed vanilla.

...and to those of you that apparently took offense to my comments, what exactly was the offence? I was explaining why people might be fine with netori as opposed to netorare. What is offensive about that?

"a difference in who gets the sympathetic point of view" yes, that; but not just from the different MC view point, but also from the fact that the "good" character is the MC. I don't even see what you are arguing for now.

nah ippon is pretty good at keeping vanilla storys vanilla and ntr stories hardcore from the start to finish so chance are this one wont have a sequel and if i did it prob would stick with the vanilla ntr route its currently on.

The title of this completely doesn't match the type of sweet story it is though I've read it before and didn't know it was called this.

@Yossarian762 Only issue is how they do it. Some doujins add a lot dumb logic that doesn't make things better. Some ntr doujins make me laugh at the dumb logic they use to get the story done within 20-30 pages. It's understandable that they need to use it for a rape/ntr doujin/manga for it to finish fast without having to take 100+ pages to build things up. Only a few did a good job and it made the rage feel much more greater. If it is done poorly, we either just ignore it and focus on the art, or just shrug it off as lack of creativity. Vanilla can be the same way. A lot of dumb logic. Not in the sense of how the characters meet and etc, but how they justify the reason to have sex or their reason to have sex and etc. Like, girl is interested in sex asks guy she knows about it and leads to sex. This lacked some common sense. Sure asking is kind of borderline, but it doesn't mean you have sex right away.

@TheHazard yes. The correct term would not be Netorare but Netori. The distinction being that while both fall as sub-categories of 'cheating' netorare usually involved a significant other being taken from the MC aswell as usually having vibes of it being a forced process and more often than not being non-consensual. Netori on the other hand is in many ways similar but distinct from netorare in that it is the MC stealing the significant other from some other party, usually this involves the other party being involved in a very abusive relationship, the taking being consensual and more often than not the one or both parties in the original relationship do not feel any real 'love' for the other and are partners due to circumstances.
