For anyone who's confused over what's going on in this doujin:

Ganbaride is a card game that was popular in Japan. Players use cards along with belts to transform. Yuki transforms Kyon with a Kyonko card and Haruhi turns into Kyon by using his card with her belt.

Kyonko later triggers a Final FormRide by hitting the console after the first ero scene. Final FormRide cards are used to transform other players, so that is why Haruhi transforms into the long-haired version of herself (probably from the movie) and recognizes Kyon as John.

Finally, right before Kyon reveals his real name, he wakes up and we realize it was all a dream. (Or as much of a dream as anything is or isn't in the Haruhi series.)

It's relatively obscure, I know, but hopefully that helps it make a bit more sense.

Kamen Rider Decade's gimmick, he doesn't change forms, he changes into other Kamen Riders, hence what Haruhi did and what Yuki did is what Kamen Rider Diend does, love this

Actually, it's just a Kamen Rider Decade reference. Ganbaride is a semi-popular arcade game that uses collectible trading cards to power it that is based on some of the mechanics of Kamen Rider Decade, but the mechanics used here are the original Decade mechanics and not the mechanics of the game (as well as being obvious references to the show).

And, while Ganbaride may be considered to be (although it's not that it "WAS popular in Japan," because it still is), Kamen Rider isn't that obscure (ESPECIALLY not in Japan). I mean, something like every other anime either references or parodies it at some point or another. Some of the more obvious examples from really popular or well-known anime: the Detective Boys in Detective Conan are big fans of the show "Kamen Yaiba." In Amagami, Ai's little brother is a "Grasshopper Mask" fan (note traditionally in the 70s and 80s most Kamen Riders were based on grasshoppers, as per the preference of the then-child son of the original creator, who also created such things as Cyborg 009 and the original Super Sentai [and for anyone who didnt' already know, Kamen means "mask"]), and she gets him a toy belt that functions very similar to the belt from Kamen Rider Kabuto. In Code Geass R2, Sayoko, while disguised as Lelouch in that one filler episode where she was running away from all the clubs, she kept using all the classic kiai/voice effects of the classic Riders (which is exactly what people were finding most strange for a bit and what Lelouch over radio was telling her to "stop changing my personality"). In Haiyore! Nyaruko-san... pretty much every other joke (heck, both her battle form and her favorite show are even obvious Kamen Rider references). In Samurai Flamenco, Goto actually mentions Kamen Rider by name in the first episode... as well as Samurai Flamenco himself very obviously taking heavy inspiration from classic Kamen Riders of the 70s and 80s. And last but certainly not least... Captain Falcon's Super Smash Bros. incarnation is really just a classic Kamen Rider dressed up to look like Captain Falcon and with his speech altered to replace the word "Rider" with the word "Falcon" wherever necessary.

Also note there have been a lot of Kamen Rider-based movies in recent years named "Taisen" (all the ones that were marketed as crossovers), hence the name of this doujin.

To give actual details on how everything referenced here works in a way that actually makes sense (actually, amped's explanation contradicts itself in a couple places anyway):

Yuki starts by using Kamen Rider DiEnd's ability (he's another main Rider in the Decade series) with his DiEnd Driver (the gun), which is an ability to summon another Rider across dimensions to fight for him. So she was summoning Kyonko from another dimension, in other words (so it was NOT Kyon from this world transformed, it was a separate Kyonko from another world).

Then Haruhi responded by using the power of Decade himself with his Decade Driver (the belt buckle), which is an ability to transform into other Riders and use their abilities. So she was transforming into Kyon in body but inside she's still Haruhi.
And note "Hmm, so this is *blank*'s world" is a line that Decade always says after entering another Rider's world, often right after meeting that world's Rider, which is what tips him off that it's his world (recently, in the final arc of Kamen Rider Wizard, he used that line to say "so this is Wizard's world" when he appeared and saw Wizard, when in fact Wizard himself had already entered another world, so Wizard responded, "No, I don't think that's quite right").

Note BOTH of those two abilities for both of those characters have their respective drivers calling the phrase "Kamen Ride" when they activate. And both of those abilities use cards of the Riders being either transformed into or summoned (and both characters can swap and use each other's cards) called Rider Cards, which are pretty much the exact same cards used in Ganbaride where they are called Ganbaride Cards (so when Kyon in the "Prologue" spotted one he briefly mistook it for one from Ganbaride because he naturally assumed... this is real life, not a tokusatsu). Note the transformation items and the like from Kamen Rider are always marketed toys (it's a watered down version of the same strategy they use with Super Sentai/Power Rangers, which airs immediately before Kamen Rider as part of the same program block every week), so Decade's cards being marketed as a trading card game in the real world was natural.

In the "Prologue" page when the real Kyon sees and names a Rider Card, he mentions being "unable to obtain neither medals nor memories." This was a reference to the 2 Kamen Rider series that immediately followed Decade. Similar to the Rider Cards in Kamen Rider Decade, the items used for transformations and abilities in Kamen Rider OOO were Core Medals and in Kamen Rider W were Gaia Memories (USB flash drives). Note Decade was the Kamen Rider series primarily airing in 2009, W in 2010, and OOO in 2011 (there is a new series every year, and they go all year round, with the average series having close to 50 episodes). So this doujin at least references Kamen Rider series right up to the one that was actually airing at the time when it was drawn. Note over the years the Ganbaride game, which started as purely tied in with Decade, has been modified to add the mechanics and collectible toys of newer Kamen Rider series as they have aired.

Entering a specific sequence on the Final Kamen Terminal K-Touch (the thing that Kyonko frantically reached for and entered a sequence on later on that then said "Final Form Ride"... although what it actually says in the show is "Final Kamen Ride," it's a completely different thing that says "Final Form Ride" [actually the Decade Driver itself does that one, and the DiEnd Driver has that same ability, and what that one does is causes whatever other Rider it's used on to transform into some object specific to that Rider, usually a giant weapon]) triggers Decade transforming into his final form, the Complete form, which is an enhanced version of his normal form, so he won't be transformed into a different Rider anymore when that happens.

You know, trying to explain something you don't actually understand yourself just causes more confusion rather than really clarifying anything.

Although there were at least 2 other previous commenters (lol mooks2; it's too bad no one who hasn't seen the show would probably ever fully understand and appreciate the joke you made there even if they had it explained to them) who did understand the references properly yet chose not to go into this.
