This one was deep, but not too deep cause i think i understood it. It all kinda folds in together. Ran's lecture, the bicycle, and Keine and Mokou's relationship. Mokou's eternal life is like the wheel, so she rides the bike easily. Keine has a hard time, one because she's a person who needed to learn and two because she has limited time and is not connected to the wheel. She does not naturally take on a cyclical life like Mokou. So in the end Mokou tells her to go faster and she can keep her balance on the wheels better. This comes together with Ran's lecture, the faster you go the closer to eternity you get. So the faster Keine can go, the closer she gets to being with Mokou longer.
