Pardon me for going on a nerd rant here but I'm trying to think of all the implications of a world like this. It's not like other stories where girls suddenly grew huge or its only a few big girls, but actual sexual dimorphism on a pretty extreme scale, nothing like what's seen in mammals or even reptiles. Would society have even been able to develop into one like ours if one gender was a fraction the size of the other? For one thing their genitals would have been very specialized. Tiny vaginas, pretty much, not normal-sized ones. We would have probably developed into a seasonal mating cycle as well, where males spend most of their time hiding and running the hell away from females until mating season. Either natural selection would have weeded out the dom-bitches because the men avoided them like the plague or they simply just ended up killing too many men, or the exact opposite, since the women are able to force themselves onto men so easily, women would predominantly be dom-bitches. Yeesh, what a nightmare. (In case you haven't noticed yet, I dislike femdom. I dislike male-dom as well, for that matter) And how would men even be born? In this comic we see that the guy comes up to the crotch of those girls. If human age development is still what it is, that means a baby male human would roughly be about the size of a Nendoroid. That is TINY. There should be a huge bias toward females in the gender demography, if only to account for how many males must have died in the womb or during infancy due to being accidentally dropped from about two stories up or crushed.

Since it only shows the inside of an elevator I can't really get a sense of scale, as to whether the men are tiny or the women are huge. But if the women are really just a race of giantesses, then technology-wise, they'd still be a pretty primitive society. Part of the reason we developed things like weapons, tools, etc, was because we were small and defenseless compared to all the beasties out there that wanted to eat us. So unless everything else is scaled up with the women, pretty much nothing short of a T-rex would pose too much of a threat to them.

But let's stop for a moment and imagine that somehow, despite the huge upheaval in the natural order, things progressed exactly as they did in our universe to end up in a contemporary modern day setting, just add giant women. It seems pretty gender-equal, leaning slightly toward feminist, which as this particular example so clearly demonstrates, would have absolutely NO chance of happening when there's such a huge gap between genders. I mean look at our current society. The dimorphism between males and females is something like less than 20% and it still took us thousands of years to get to where we are. If women were like the size of elephants compared to men then they'd have men locked up in little cages or led around on leashes like pets. I'm imagining a relationship somewhat crossed between that of anglerfish and that of women and small dogs here.

Danime91, the first Nibai manga had a height chart that showed the main male to be slightly shorter than average, but the female being in the range of 10-11 ft tall. And while I appreciate the thought you put into the biology of the situation, just think of it as a far-flung sequel to Monster Age 1, one where the world has adopted to the giant girls.
