Quick plot summary if you're interested: The girl was the guy's senpai in their circle in college and he was in love with her but never had a lot of opportunities to approach her. She gets a job as an TV announcer and just before she graduates their circle has a party where he gets quite drunk, ends up puking on their clothes, and they end up stopping at a hotel to clean up. He tells her that he's going to try to make it into the same company, and asks her to remember him, and confesses to her. She accepts his confession and they have sex, and live happily ever after, right?

The thing is, she had to leave early after that and he was dead drunk so he doesn't actually remember anything about that night. He ends up making it into the same company after all anyway, but since she's become a popular TV announcer she seems more untouchable than ever to him. Meanwhile she has no idea that he's forgotten about that night and has been wonder why he never tried to contact him after that. One day they run into each other again at the TV station and she tries to...rikindle things. For his part he's still in love with her and goes along with it, but he doesn't have any idea why she's doing it. Things take off from there.

NOT VANILLA AT ALL (I've finished reading this story through Action Pizazz issues and chapters on DMM), unless it's always "vanilla" to you as long as the girl doesn't get 100% decisively violated by someone else, coz near-NTR infringements do happen here, even though not actually NTR IMO.

The premise is what Kevadu says, however after that it's the spiritual sequel of Tenshi no Marshmallow in that the setting is same: guy is ordinary, girl is super celeb, and thanks to that people, both ordinary and influential, want to get their hands on her (or dicks inside her pussy, to be precise). This manga is about pushing the limits of how much violation of the girl is still not NTR in an NTR attempt. It's gonna happen 3 times across the 2 volumes (plus one dream scene, but nvm that one).

If you've read the final volume of Tenshi no Marshmallow, prepare to expect the same here. If you like the thrill of "Will it happen? Won't it happen?" in NTR attempts rather than NTR itself like me, you're gonna love this. If vol. 4 of Tenshi no Marshmallow pissed you off, walk away, you have been warned. Good news is that she won't ever get penetrated by any of the evil guys (so this isn't NTR in my book in the end) and there'll be a happy ending.
