By your logic it wouldn't be fair to the thousands of other artist's whose libraries of artwork have been posted here aswell. You can spin it anyway you want but isn't that the point of this site?.

I don't think this site and its ex counterpart are that common knowledge. The artist may lose out on a minor share of the profits but im sure there are still going to be plenty of people around the world that will purchase this and other pieces of his/her works.
