This is just getting better and better every time I see it, not to mention longest chapter of western comic yet for me...

Maybe the rich people that the principle told the other teacher is actually a group of woman that wanted to have a city all for themselves with no men allowed, so that is why they wanted to grow their own penis from those 3 futanaris...And by seeing this, I could say that the women was not satisfy by the size of the penis and the emotion of the male population compare to another women or in other case, a futanari women..
