You have some issues with text spacing still. I'd suggest using a bit of a different font as it seems to scale strangely.

A way you could improve is to look at Page 26 Sakuya's line of "I'm Cumming....!!!" could have I'm being center aligned to better use the space you have there.

So Center align I'm [Enter] Cumming.

It's better than before but still there is a bit more polish you could do for this one. You might have to fiddle around with the text boxes by manually making blocks at times with only a few words in it instead of letting Wordwrap take care of it and its alignment, sure it's a bit more effort but it'll make it look much better better

Edit 8/26 version: The font you're using might need some manual spacing to help fix problems as return really looks like retum with how your font is. Possibly slip a space in there or photoshop it a little wider.
