Are you sure your opinions haven't been skewed by too much porn? From what I can see here, the sizes in this doujinshi are about average, even more so for Japanese men. I think it's mostly a side effect of the culture shock that comes when people used to Chinbotsu and Radiohead read more realistic doujinshi.
