Yep, these are two original characters that happen to have the same appearances and names as Yuuta and Mori Summer. Not just their personalities, but even their histories are completely different.

Technically, yes. They called each other in exactly that way in the series, so TakayaKi was obviously copying that to keep them in line with how they are in the series and let us know it's them (because for fucks' sake there isn't anything else similar to who they are in the series to go by), but he seems to not have considered the fact that they were never in a situation like this in the series, and if they had been they most certainly would've changed the way the address each other at least a little bit. In short, this is what someone who knows nothing about two characters does when he makes a typical fanfic about them, a decently-written and well-drawn fanfic sure, but that doesn't fix that glaring problem. Some random people like to refer to him as "one of the vanilla gods" because of the super "sweetness" of his stories, not because they actually make any realistic sort of sense.
