As far as the Fate CCC matter there's a tiny bit of hope if they make it a PSP/Vita sort of thing, but the longer it goes without word of release, the less likely it'll be.

A niche developer would be less hestiant about risky things, I mean look at Atlus releasing Code of Princess in the US with its main character being rather underdressed by Soul Calibur standards and a basically naked zombie girl. Or Dragon Crown, nuff said.

Though if the worse case happens I'm sure someone will work to make a patch.
