To be fair to the model, in the show Itsuki does cross-dress, and takes the place of her own brother for certain things. So a more male face on a girl is kinda fitting for this character.

And besides, good for her for going through with this kind of thing anyway. She has a nice body, and things like her face shouldn't hold her back if this is something she wanted to get into doing.
