Page 10 is missing? It seems to have a 2221 x 3107 source, just like everything else. Is the 'source' for that page just an upscaled image from the lower quality scan then?

The source includes both 2221x3107 and 876x1225. But the 2221x3107 has double page 11, no page 10.
