How did you get the dicks to stay on 116 unless its Futanarium Futa Equippable.

Yeah that's Futanarium. I forgot about that one. It's nice, but problematic if you're using a custom race, since it switches your race to nord and doesn't change it back when you undo futanarium.

That's the drow race from 8 new playable races by budcat. Or you can search for Zazimel Drow.
