After a late night out, Alia enjoys cuddling up with her plushies and sleep in, preferably the entire next day. Unfortunately, this time her plans are foiled as the door to her room is thrown open and an ominous shadow looms over her unprotected body....
//
After her rough awakening at the hands of Blair, Alia agrees to team up for another mission. This time they're supposed to infiltrate a rather exclusive secret club for the rich, where some rather shady business is being done. Alia manages to create a fake identity for herself as the daughter to a wealthy (non-existent) person off-world who is in town for some fun and thus is able to get inside the club. Blair instead is forced to come to the party as a slave girl, going around the party to provide entertainment for a small cost to the patrons.
Blair: You really couldn't have made fake records for both of us? Alia: I'm sorry, but tampering too much with public records in this area is tricky and we don't want to rouse too much suspicion. Blair: Hmmpf... if you say so. All right, I'll keep an eye out here. You go snoop around the back rooms. Alia: You got it.
//
Staking out the party as a slave girl proves to be trickier than Blair first thought. At one point she's pulled up on a stage in front of a large audience to perform a sex show together with a pair of exotic alien twins.

While Blair is entertaining the partygoers in the ensuing orgy, Alia encounters the owner of the establishment. Deciding that it's best not to rouse any suspicion, she goes along with him when he invites her to his private quarters for some coffee and a sloppy wet buttfuck. Perhaps going along with it a bit too enthusiastically...
Blair: Dammit Alia! You're supposed to be working!
I noticed something really crippling here that I think is pretty prevalent throughout most of these top artists and their OCs, and that's the concept of "barriers of entry," specifically for the casual user. Almost all of these OCs, especially the stories written about them, expect the people that frequent the site to already have domain knowledge and desire for them. I don't know what the hell I gain from trying to piece things together. I am not part of the HF inner-communities, won't be for a long time, and I definitely don't know anything about the universes that compliments their creations. So how can you promote something when there are plenty of people who don't know anything about it? And even if I did, they make almost no effort to demonstrate what's so valuable or appealing about their OCs that I can't replicate myself in my own mind with characters from already established mainline franchises.
