That's nice to read. Personally I enjoy Haruki's works very much. Kisei or Mankitsu or Hishoka Drop or Sense - all those girls are incredibly gorgeous and art is spectacular. And for instance in Hishoka Drop (the only fully translated manga) the plot is not dull but quite decent as well.
Haruki's works are top tier but it seems like they are a bit underrated / unknown outside of Japan.

WTF?????????? ENGLISH?????? Did my dreams come true and I wasn't aware of it? I hope the first volumes follow but I'm positively surprised anyway.

Oh and volume 6 is nowhere to be found yet. It's has taken too long already. :(

Edit: Volume 6 was published for a while already in physical form. It goes 'til chapter 51. Digital in DMM was out of releases for a while and 49 was released a couple days ago. I've got it but I don't have any idea how to remove the DRM.

I was almost considering translating it from my Italian volumes for the English community (because I also don't understand how this hadn't been translated by anyone so far), but I guess this works better.
Starting from volume 4 is a bit weird though, since the story is interesting too in its own right (well, it's been interesting for me to follow in the first 3 volumes so far).

Haruki is what I'd call one of those gifted Mangaka's in the Hentai industry, that IMO seems to strive for excellence in creating good scenarios with beautifully detailed and gorgeously sexy characters.

what happened in the previous book however? just a little backstory so the rest of us can better understand what's going on on vol 4 onwards.

I've browsed through vol 1 - 3 just looking at the pictures, but can't really get a firm grasp of the story.
How did Suzune lose control of her libido? Thought she was an expert in controlling her own parasites in the early chapters there. And who is the red-haired girl with the glasses?
