How the fuck do you expect anybody to want to work on something when the scans are so bad? Some of the kana you can't even read. If you have a version that you debind afterwards and give to someone so they can actually translate & clean it properly, it would be a different story, but if this is the best it's gonna get then the only way someone is translating it will probably be if you pay them.

If you don't want to debind your only physical copy that's one thing, and understandable. No need to shit down everyone's throat from the get-go about it though.
