Well, as far as I can tell, this is sort of NTRish. My japanese is atrocious, but I can assume this statrs as the typical "Couplegets married, kids find out they're now siblings" story. They fall in love/lust with each other... Something happens with the big guy, and he becomes friends with the brother. The missing part of the story seems to be the whole NTR part, so we can't know if the relationship between the sister and the big guy is consentual, starts as rape, or blackmail, or mind break, or whatever. What we DO know, is that they end up toghether, and marry each other, whilethe brother ends up all broken and hurt

This is interesting. Basically the beta guy just assume that everything was going with his way until he realized that they have been fucking behind his back. He refused to accept the reality and let everything flew from his grasp. This is not NTR but a very NTR-ish story. It's really depressing considering you reading it from the beta guy POV. Gotta love his face censored by sunlight on the last page.

Basically the main guy is passive and takes the girl for granted. Whenever something gets in the way between the time the two spend together the girl gets upset but the guy just gets confused why she's getting mad, which upsets her some more since it gives the impression that the guy doesn't value their time together. Additionally the big guy asks the main guy if he could set up a meeting with the girl, and the main guy agrees which pisses off the girl, again giving the impression that he's totally not serious about her and thinks nothing of having another dude meet up with his girl.

By pg 13 it seems like the girl has come to the realization that the main guy doesn't value her as a romantic interest due to his passive attitude and seeming disinterest in her. What I can figure is that in the previous pages the big guy suggested everyone go somewhere for a break or something. Which is where she goes, and I think she has her first time with the big guy then, presumably after she breaks down and confesses that she loved the main guy but he doesn't think anything of her, with the big guy comforting her and likely confessing his love for her.

What follows are hints that the two are carrying on an active sexual relationship unknown to the main guy, with obvious hints as to what's happening, but the main dude is so passive and still believes the girl will end up with him without him asserting himself and actively expressing his feelings for her so he denies reality and does nothing.

And so we end up with the last night before their parents come back from their trip (honeymoon I suppose) where the big guy and the girl have sex in front of the main guy. Fast forward to the future, where the big guy and the girl are getting married. The main guy now believes his duty is to watch their love from afar, and he's basically given up but in a twisted way due to his personality.

I was angry at first, but after reading the doujin a few times with my limited japanese (enough so I can understand and get a clue as to what's going on), I'm now angry at the main dude because he totally took the girl for granted and did nothing to further the relationship. The big dude on the other hand genuinely cares for her and takes active steps towards their relationship so in the end, the girl's better off with the big guy than the main dude.

What the hell is going on? Seems like she wanted the big guy to being with and its just the other guy getting jealous all on his own. I guess you can still feel jealous if you empathize with the guy that lost but seems like a vanilla to me, unless the big guy is too ugly for your taste.
