For those who played the game should know that the one that did this is, in fact, the same artist that did the characters from Megaman Zero.
The name of the artist is Toru Nakayama, he goes by a lot of pen names, one of which is "gaio"

@neet101 WHTA? Is that true? I always thought this guy (Peach Class) just was trying to copy Rockman Zeron design, I didnt know it was the same person.

I hope we could get better scans of this, but since is from c81 is not very probable.
