Can't really say. MTSP had nothing to do with this. This was just Kobanya Koban drawing a doujin of MTSP's Sakiko-san story. It has no connection to the actual story.

MTSP's sakiko-san was what got Gachinko Shobou into NTR. After Sakiko-san was released, Gachinko started releasing an NTR version of his rider doujins.
