I have never seen the artist make any comic that has anything besides a depressing end.

1. I agree that this was rather depressing, especially with the homeless theme. Few things are more soul-crushing than the despair at being homeless :( .

2. @Neklin... You should read more of Dowman Sayman works then ;) .

There are some very sweet endings, there are some LOL endings, & of course there are many mind-twisting (but not depressing) endings for some of his stories.

Just to name a some...

- a. falling asleep (sweet ending)
- b. high fever gremio (sweet ending)
- c. love spell (sweet, with a bit dark, ending)
- d. my sister's vigil (dark, but satisfyingly "good" ending)
- e. the price of an oath (silly-funny ending. the sphinx-girl cracks me up :D )
- f. soulmate (sweet & irony ending)
- g. the explorers of the city of secrets (another "bittersweet" ending, but far from depressing)

I love this guy's work, its gotten to the point where it's not really porn, but art that you on occasion look at in a masturbatory manor. This one in particular is a bit depressing and brings back memories of reading Les Miserables. Really good stuff.
