These are artwork based off of the Naruto movie where Madara used a Tsukiyomi on Naruto and Sakura, putting them in a world where everyone is different in both looks and personality. Examples are Ino is now timid, shy, and covers her body. Tsunade is flat and wears glasses and Shizune has the breasts. Neji is a pervert and Sasuke is a host club playboy. This Hinata is more confident in herself and her body, and thus clothes that shows off her body. She's also supposed to be a lot more aggressive when it comes to her feelings towards Naruto, going as far as threatening to kill Sakura if Sakura interferes.
