People who follow his works might agree knowing how Darabuchi usually ends up his stories.

I'm bit unsure if I should start adding in blank pages so that there wont be minor gaps in the filenames.

If it is a blank page in the middle, put it in. If it is a blank at the front or end, it is up to you. Most people know that the inside front cover and back covers are usually blank pages despite being numbered page 2 for the inside front cover and page xx-1 for the back cover. So when those pages are left out, there is no worry about the doujin being incomplete from missing colophon, index, author comment, or omake pages.

The real problem occurs when there are blank pages skipped in the middle of the doujin. Then you have a page number gap that is not self-explanatory. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to assume it was yet another blank page skipped because a lot of people (unfortunately) delete non-picture pages from their archives before uploading. Other people hate credit pages of any kind, in particular scanner or translator pages, and will delete them from the archive before uploading. That is how many people are; they hate others to get credit for doing something, and thus require anonymity to ensure that no one stands out above them. That certainly occurs in high school where a lot of students try to "pull down" others that are performing better (jealousy at being left behind?).
