I personally haven't watched the show but this is what I can kind of piece together from what I looked up.

It starts off with Hotaru wishing for a younger sister.Uranus then forces Seiya into a room so they can do it so she could get pregnant, to answer said wish of hers.

I think the whole point of view thing is what makes it confusing, you'd think it's from Uranus' POV but it's actually from Seiya's, after the 1st page(not the cover) onward. As for the whole random tentacle scene, it's Seiya getting pissed off at Uranus dominating him and he imagines in his head that in revenge, he hopes she goes and gets tentacle raped after this is all over.

He ends up snapping back into reality when Uranus is trying to get his dick inside of her and his Sadist switch gets flipped from seeing Uranus in tears. After finally cumming inside of her he came upon a twisted realization, which Setsuna/Pluto reads his thoughts to discover that along with Uranus/Haruka(which Hotaru refers to as 'papa'), Hotaru would have a second father(Seiya) since Haruka is now pregnant with Seiya's child and it would be the sister of Hotaru.

To think I'd actually have to end up thinking so much over the plot of an H-doujin, that's saying something.

... Where is the wiki and who why would the tag "haruka tenoh" have been vetoed not to be used? Haruka is Sailor Uranus. If I want to look at images of Haruka I want to see images both of her when she is transformed and when she isn't. Sailor Uranus IS Haruka,they are the same character... Instead of differentiating between them, just create a "transformed" or "magical girl" tag that can be added to all uploads where said characters are transformed.
