Doesn't look like rape to me either. In fact that's kind of what I liked about it. There should be more consensual tentacle stuff. It's a nice change of pace.

I'm not sure I comprehend how this doesn't look like rape. The tentacle is breaking her sword which was most likely a means to defend herself against it, and she's trying to get away from it in the first few panels.

Do tentacles still count as rape? Stuffing themselves into the orifices of unwilling, nubile females is essentially their natural behavior. Occasionally you get consenting love-making between a girl and her tentacle monster, but that's the exception rather than the rule.

Yes, it is rape. It does not matter 'what' is raping her, all that matters is that the 'victim' is unwilling or unable to consent to anything in a sexual nature.

This usually refers to conscious things performing an act. So claiming inanimate objects can rape by that standard is just ignorant.

It's also why you -don't get it on with a drunk person-. Not because of the legality of it, but because they're drunk. They cannot consent, they're inebriated and not thinking right.

Regardless of whether or not the act takes place, what defines rape is the willingness of the persons involved. If they don't want it, or are 'unwilling', it's rape. End of story.

That doesn't look to me like "rape rape," just regular rape, which is a mostly completely different thing. </whoopi>

It's rape. It's just that like most rape fantasies, her resistance lasts all of ten seconds.
