Marumiya IS Uno Makoto. The doujinshi DB notes that Marumiya is an alternate name for the artist. http://doujinshi.mugimugi.org/browse/author/743/Uno-Makoto/

The art matches up anyway. CHeck Marumiya's Pixiv (http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=15639), which is listed on the Doujinshi DB page for Uno Makoto/Marumiya, the cover to the Dragon's Crown book, 'Sorceress no Natsu, Amazon no Natsu' (which is accepted as by Uno Makoto) is next to the cover to this book.

The fact that he releases books under different circles or monikers means nothing, it's still the same artist, even if it's somewhat confusing to keep track of it all.

*EDIT*: It's very possible that he refrains from using the Uno Makoto moniker when releasing doujinshi is because he does professional work under that name. Look up the character design for Dragonaut, it's Uno Makoto. I imagine that he thinks that having his working moniker (name? dunno) attached to futanari doujinshi could hurt his 'legit' work.
