Im going to be extremly weird and ask WHY Nocturnal?

No I'm not complaining about the art, the futa or any of that, but their are many many daedra and out of all the possible ones that could involve fucking, you picked the one of shadows.

I mean, Boethiah's gender is so vague she can easily be a futa, and Malog is called the RAPER for a reason. Their is a lot of potential for Daedric porn and your choice just seems like one of the less likely choices.
