@Gaiaview: I concur. In fact, I'll go one further and say this is the story's only discernible flaw. Had the author cleaned up that tiny little detail, this would've been a perfect Hentai Manga.

Without that explanation, I think we can assume that Suguru's mind was altered in some way while he was sleeping (a commonly used tactic in storytelling of this type) so that his memories of both Ryou and Kyouka (and in turn, the rest of the people involved in this little adventure) were either sealed or completely wiped out. This is also backed up by the fact that Ryou and his Harem are moved into a "Summer House" arranged by his father, which makes it probable that Ryou and Kyouka renounced their former lives in some fashion.

As for Suguru, he's either able to move on and find happiness with another girl, or he'll be subconsciously traumatized by events he really can't piece together, but can feel happened to him, or even a combination of these things sprinkled in with some others.At the end of the day it may just be best to think that he was able to move past these events to have a happy life.
