I've decided to scan this one in 600dpi. As the files got way too large for posting, I used FastStone Photo Resizer to reduce in the size in 50% Doujinshi database lists the title as MUN MUN MUOON, but the last word is really MOON, as can be seen in the cover and, more easily, in page 3 or page 34.
